About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, study, and reputed company important GL, account changes and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Research and reputed company incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicate with the vendor to process budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, study member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, reputed company contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company:

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires
