Key Responsibilities:
As an reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions
- Taking orders, coordinating activities, and providing pricing and product information
- Recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs
- Operating and maintaining a wide reputed company of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment
- Moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, and managing the production queue and reputed company

- Providing an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and reputed company solutions to meet customer needs
