The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
• Adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information

Requirements

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
