Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Processing claims online portal tickets, including account creation, registration, and reputed company of issues
- Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day using reputed company and CyberArk
- Helping to backlog and process new tickets that come through
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless account creation experiences
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Schedule and Training:
The position schedule will be Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times between 6am and 8:30am and end times between 2pm and 4:30pm. Training will last for the first 3 weeks of the assignment, starting at 6am daily.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 2+ years of Account Creation experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service and IT Help Desk experience

- High school diploma
