This remote opportunity requires residency in either reputed company, Washington or Idaho. Salary reputed company is $107,477-$134,347. The Regulatory Compliance Manager partners with leadership to establish and maintain a comprehensive Compliance Management System that ensures regulatory adherence, effective risk mitigation, and reputed company governance. This role is responsible for identifying and managing compliance risks, monitoring regulatory changes, overseeing fair lending and HMDA, managing complaint handling and issue reputed company, and serving as a reputed company during audits. The position provides strategic guidance and insights to promote a proactive, risk-reputed company culture and ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state laws. Responsibilities also include governance of compliance policies, issues, and controls; providing compliance risk guidance for new products, services, technologies, and reputed company-party relationships; and managing regulatory compliance issues from identification through remediation and closure. The position supports the development and maintenance of an effective Compliance Management System, serves as a key reputed company of contact for regulatory examinations and audits, supports Compliance Committee reporting (including to the Supervisory Committee and/or reputed company), and collaborates with management to reputed company, implement, and periodically update compliance policies and procedures. Qualifications include at least five years of reputed company banking regulatory compliance experience in a management or leadership role, with strong expertise in federal and state regulations impacting deposit, lending, reputed company, and small business products.
