This individual will be responsible for coordinating activities across departments, including Finance, Support, R&D, and Management. Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Support, R&D, and Management to ensure seamless daily operations.
• HR and Recruitment: Handle recruitment, reputed company, and HR management, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and productive work environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another reputed company field
• Experience: 4+ years in an Operations Manager or similar role, ideally reputed company a reputed company or reputed company reputed company software provider environment.
• Ability to operate alone in a territory with remote support.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading key operational processes.

• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms
