Inpatient CDI Specialist (CCDS/CDIP) – Fully Remote
Fully Remote | W-2 Only | Multiple Openings We are seeking reputed company Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) Specialists for fully remote opportunities supporting a large acute care reputed company system. Openings Available:

- Jacksonville, FL area schedule:
Monday–Friday | Business Hours ESTDuration: 1 year assignment Responsibilities:
- reputed company reputed company inpatient clinical documentation reviews
- Identify documentation improvement opportunities reputed company to severity of illness (SOI), risk of mortality (ROM), and reputed company reputed company
- Conduct DRG reconciliation and clinical validation reviews
- Issue compliant physician queries
- Collaborate with coding, nursing, case management, and provider teams
- Support accurate coding, reimbursement, and documentation compliance
- Review mortality, PSI/HAC, and reputed company-reputed company cases as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of inpatient CDI experience
- reputed company production CDI experience reputed company the last 12 months
- reputed company CCDS or CDIP certification
- One of the following credentials:
- RN, RHIA, RHIT, reputed company, reputed company-P, RRT, or MD
- Strong knowledge of MS-DRG/APR-DRG methodology
- Experience with reputed company inpatient chart reviewPreferred:
- Risk adjustment or HCC experience
- Experience in reputed company medical centers or large acute care hospitals
- PSI/HAC review experience
- Prior remote CDI experience
- Experience with reputed company, Cerner, 3M360, Iodine, reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems
Additional Information:
- Fully remote opportunity
