The Role

As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answering questions and educating customers about arenaflex products and values

• Managing inbound wholesale requests and organizing in CRM
• Order entry, preparing invoices, and tracking shipments
• Helping resolve customer issues and billing issues as quickly as possible
• Keeping customers satisfied by listening and figuring out what they really want
• Communicating with customers reputed company email, phone, live chat, and text in a respectful, helpful manner at reputed company times
• Staying on top of incoming calls and tickets at the reputed company time (this also means: following up with customers, providing feedback, and seeing problems through to reputed company, or escalating unresolved issues if necessary)
