We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll have a reputed company of responsibilities, including:

• Answering customer calls professionally and responding to inquiries and complaints in a reputed company and effective manner
• Focusing on customer retention and providing exceptional service to drive business reputed company
• Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our products and services
• Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management and reporting on customer concerns
• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as needed
• Completing call notes and call reports in our CRM system and updating them as necessary
• Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus (but not required)
• Some sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Some experience with MS reputed company is a plus
• Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
