We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate reputed company of data to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by reputed company type
• Making outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
• Processing claims and ensuring accurate reputed company of data to clients
• Receiving, processing, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients
• Identifying documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
• Classifying documents based on contract requirements
• Verifying data from automated data extraction tools
• Ensuring reputed company of processed data to the appropriate next level

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
• A secure workspace with high-speed internet
• The ability to pass a typing test
• Strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Strong Data Entry skills

Compensation and Benefits
