The Role
As a LiveChat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through reputed company-time live chat interactions with our website visitors. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for new leads, and your goal will be to validate and prequalify them for our sales team. You'll also be responsible for:
- Entering marketing reputed company leads into reputed company.com

- Becoming an expert in the live chat platform
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and services
- Staying informed on arenaflex's product features, promotions, and FAQs

- Monitoring KPIs: response time, customer satisfaction, volume/schedule, etc.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
