About the Role:

As an e-Service Chat Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is reputed company, informative, and resolves any issues reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage

• Explain and reputed company contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
• Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved

Qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits:

* This role pays between $15 to $17/hour, and your actual reputed company pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
