Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications
• Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to reputed company customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
• Updating customer records with accurate demographic and contact information
• Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as reputed company as reputed company Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
• Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
• Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues
• Troubleshooting common computer issues and operating various technical devices and systems

Training Schedule

During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm CST. You'll receive comprehensive training on arenaflex's products and services, as reputed company as our CRM system and other technical tools.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
