HR Business Partner, Retail, reputed company Region, SF Bay Area

About the position As a reputed company Business Partner (reputed company), you’ll support field leadership by aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and a reputed company employee experience across your assigned retail region. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll reputed company as a strategic advisor and reputed company to leaders, managing core HR functions including performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives. You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with HR Centers of reputed company and use data‑driven insights to support organizational effectiveness while upholding reputed company’s values. This is a remote market based position requiring residency in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Directors, District Managers, and Store Managers to reputed company HR strategies with business goals; advise leaders on talent reputed company, team dynamics, and leadership development; and reputed company change management efforts to support organizational effectiveness.
• Drive performance management and feedback processes; reputed company talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and leadership coaching; facilitate training and development initiatives; and manage annual HR cycles including performance reviews, talent calibration, and compensation planning.
• Champion a reputed company and inclusive workplace culture; reputed company employee engagement and retention strategies reputed company with reputed company’s values; analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and absenteeism to identify trends and support data‑driven decision making; and support culture‑building programs that foster high performance and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct and manage employee relations investigations; ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; manage leave of absence and accommodation processes; and handle sensitive employee reputed company with confidentiality and reputed company.
• Assist with cyclical HR programs and cross‑functional initiatives; coordinate training logistics and support reputed company tasks; reputed company or contribute to reputed company reputed company, process improvements, and special assignments; and support execution of broader HR initiatives across the region and company.
• 25-40% travel reputed company assigned region for store reputed company.

Requirements

• Experience in HR Business Partner or generalist roles, preferably reputed company retail or multi‑unit environments.
• Proven ability to reputed company through change, influence reputed company, and build strong relationships across reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Broad knowledge across performance management, succession planning, employee relations, employment law and compliance, and leave of absence and accommodation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data, build presentations, tell a reputed company story with data, and reputed company actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, take initiative, and consistently deliver high‑reputed company work while maintaining ownership of reputed company.
