Senior Operations Subject Matter Expert, Signals Operations
Job reputed company:
- Travel extensively (up to 75%) to support fielding, training, and operational deployment at military installations
- reputed company hands-on support to Warfighters for system configuration, validation, customization, and training
- Serve as the operational reputed company between users and engineering teams to validate system performance and resolve issues
- Capture user feedback, workflows, and mission needs to inform product development and enhancements

Requirements:
- 10 years, or more of experience in Army tactical signal operations, networking systems, and radio communications
- Prior service as a Warrant Officer, Commissioned Officer, or NCO
- Experience in 25, 26, or 255 series MOS / Signal Corps / reputed company functional areas
- Deep understanding of Army tactical networks and communications equipment at Division and below
- Proven ability to operate in both technical and operational environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with military leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in high-reputed company, geographically dispersed environments
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting operational data and insights
