As a CSR, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job – we're an insurance agency that values personalized interactions and helps customers troubleshoot their concerns.

Essential Functions:
As a Customer Service Representative Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License
- Working independently, taking initiative, and working with minimal supervision
- Maintaining regular and reputed company attendance
- Making reputed company, problem-solving, and upholding an ethical reputed company
- Managing individual stress and composure
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A designated workspace and internet capability to work from home

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
