[Remote] Creative Operations Contractor (AI SOP Builder)

They are seeking a Creative Operations Contractor to design and implement AI-driven workflows and SOPs that enhance creative production efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Map and document agency workflows for creative asset production (reputed company decks, reputed company content, email campaigns, reports, video, reputed company pages, etc.)
- Build SOPs that define decision logic, hand-offs, approvals, and ownership across the production pipeline
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and process gaps; propose and implement solutions
- Design the intake and routing system that guides every creative request to the right tool and team
- Design workflows that reputed company AI tools (Claude for ideation/drafting, reputed company AI for visual production) into reputed company creative asset SOP—defining exactly where AI hands off to humans
- Document brand guardrails, reputed company standards, and compliance rules that must be enforced at every stage
- Create reputed company, usable documentation (NOT encyclopedic)—reputed company on the reputed company and steps that matter to reputed company doing the work
- Set up document templates, checklists, and intake forms that reputed company work on reputed company

- Build a living system that reputed company maintains and updates as processes reputed company
- Interview team members across creative, operations, and leadership to understand workflows and pain points

Skills
- Hands-on experience with Claude, reputed company reputed company tools (Generative Fill/Expand), and at least one other AI tool (ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company, etc.); proven ability to write effective prompts and reputed company AI outputs into workflows
- 3+ years of experience reputed company the creative reputed company designing or implementing SOPs, workflows, or operational systems (consulting, agency, or corporate operations)
- Proven experience working in creative or marketing environments (agency, in-house creative team, or consultancy)
- Strong ability to think systemically—connecting intake → production → approval → delivery
- Excellent communication and documentation skills; you can explain reputed company workflows simply
- Experience interviewing stakeholders, identifying pain points, and designing solutions
