Primary Responsibilities

As an Online Crisis Chat Text Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing crisis reputed company to individuals in emotional distress through Crisis Chat and Text
• Conducting assessments to determine the appropriate means of reputed company
• Completing risk assessments, safety planning, de-escalation, and follow-up with chat visitors
• Establishing good rapport with a wide reputed company of chat/text visitors
• Providing crisis reputed company counseling to a wide reputed company of chat/text visitors
• Intervening with suicidal chat/text visitors, including making assessments and taking appropriate reputed company
• Familiarizing yourself with local and statewide community resources and providing information and referrals to visitors as appropriate

• Meeting productivity standards, including completing 1.5 chats/texts per hour
• Participating in daily ongoing monitoring of chats and texts to ensure reputed company, with a minimum expectation of 75% on reputed company evaluations

• Attending weekly supervision and participating in the weekly reputed company evaluation process
