We're seeking an reputed company Digital Chat/Ticket Agent to join reputed company, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and driving business reputed company. As a remote employee, you'll work closely with our New Sales Team, resolving customer concerns, and setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer chats and tickets in a reputed company manner, ensuring happy and recurring customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to new customers in a reputed company manner, answering questions about reputed company, our products, website, handouts, and other health information
- Send possible leads to the New Sales Team
- Assist in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer
- Send tickets to the correct departments
- Support the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed
- Support customers in placing their first order
- Successfully train and drill with the Digital New Sales Manager to reputed company to one's highest potential
- Attend reputed company local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute
- Multitasking skills, with the ability to hold multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 5-6 at once)
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent time management skills
