[Remote] Compliance Analyst

The role involves auditing high-risk reimbursement issues, utilizing coding knowledge, and collaborating with stakeholders on compliance audits.
Responsibilities
- Audit high risk reimbursement issues for both reputed company and facility billing across reputed company of reputed company (Madison, reputed company Illinois, and joint ventures)
- Utilize in depth knowledge of CPT/ICD10 coding to assess, research, reputed company, and problem solve reputed company issues/questions
- Work with key stakeholders across the organization on reputed company and reputed company participate in meetings/workgroups
- Ability to be proficient in data analytics programs, systems, and databases to identify risks and reputed company audit findings
- Responsible for compliance audits of billing providers and facilities
Skills
- Graduate of a Medical Coding Program
- 3 years of reputed company coding or auditing experience in a health care setting
- Experience with reputed company-party reimbursement and billing systems
- Certified reputed company reputed company (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), Certified Inpatient reputed company (CIC), Certified Outpatient reputed company (COC), or Certified reputed company Medical Auditor (CPMA)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in a health care reputed company field
- 5 years multi-specialty physician/hospital coding experience in an reputed company medical center
- Experience interacting with physicians/hospital staff regarding coding requirements
