Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners (e.g., contractors, realtors, etc.). You will reputed company in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a reputed company and businesslike relationship with both reputed company customers. Your primary goal will be to reputed company every customer with the best possible service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to reputed company policies, procedures, and contract coverage
