This role is essential in ensuring accurate documentation, efficient order processing, and seamless coordination with pharmacies and internal staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters and provider notes in the EMR system
- Input and manage patient prescriptions and subscription-based treatment plans
- Communicate with pharmacies to clarify prescriptions, resolve issues, and ensure reputed company fulfillment
- Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-up for patient treatments
- Support providers with reputed company-time scribing during telehealth reputed company as needed
- Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
- reputed company general administrative tasks to support clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and reputed company applicable regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a medical reputed company, medical assistant, or similar reputed company role preferred
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems
