Job reputed company & Responsibilities
As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers' reputed company through the reputed company reimbursement system. This challenging and fast-paced position requires a customer-reputed company approach, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service and education to our customers. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-reputed company, customer-reputed company telephonic service using knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and/or reputed company member satisfaction
* Consulting with members to support easy navigation of available online tools, from checking account balances to submitting claims
* Resolving issues without management reputed company to remove barriers for the member
* Protecting sensitive member information with discretion
* Engaging with members at reputed company reputed company, prioritizing effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines
* Performing other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development
As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, which includes:
* Mandatory attendance during the training period (approximately 4-5 weeks)

* A product exam at the end of training, requiring a passing score of 85% to continue in the role
* Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Schedule & Availability
* Training Schedule: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET and 10:30 a.m. ET to 7 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
* Regular Schedule: 11:30 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
* Some Saturdays: 10 a.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET (subject to change due to business needs)
Requirements & Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service
* Prior call center experience preferred
* No degree required
* Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems
* Ability to learn, memorize, and retain information
* Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical skills
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
* Ability to work overtime
