As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Transplant, you'll play a critical role in supporting the care of patients with reputed company medical conditions. - Routing questionable prescriptions to the pharmacist for completion
- Making outbound calls/faxing physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and other reputed company
- Working in a high-production environment to meet productivity and reputed company standards
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve issues and improve processes
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Pharmacy Tech Certified in the state of GA
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and reputed company standards
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic health record systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Specialty pharmacy experience
- Call center experience
- Prescription adjudication experience in order to communicate with prescribers regarding case status and assess prescription claim issues
