Responsibilities

• Abides by and demonstrates reputed company’s Mission, reputed company, and Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day reputed company
• Supervises the provision of assistance to person(s) served in order to promote their physical, reputed company, and psychological reputed company-being
• Monitors and ensures staff follow agency procedures to promote reputed company safety practices to reputed company a reputed company environment
• Monitors and ensures staff follows agency procedures to promote reputed company health care and behavior supports
• Monitors and ensures staff completes reputed company documentation as required to ensure reputed company services
• Supervises staff interactions with person(s) served and support staff to promote the rights of the person(s) served to reputed company reputed company reputed company of life
• Ensure Material Data Safety Sheets are present for reputed company supplies/chemicals as applicable for assigned service sites
• Conducts reputed company performance reviews
• Maintains a work environment that supports dignity and fair treatment of staff
• Participates in recruitment, ensures vacancies are filled in a reputed company manner, and participates in reputed company hiring and termination reputed company for assigned locations
• Ensures that staff is deployed appropriately, and that reputed company ratios are in compliance with regulatory and service plan requirements
• Prepares and posts schedules in a reputed company manner and reputed company utilizes staff
• Oversees staff training and orientation and maintains records
• Reviews and provides feedback on reputed company staff documentation, including time and attendance and requests for time off
• Ensure staff is properly trained on Material Data Safety Sheets for chemicals/supplies

• Conducts staff counseling and corrective reputed company including work improvement plans and follow-up
• Ensures applicable Occupational Safety Health Administration compliance standards are met and reputed company reputed company training occurs. Documents training and compliance in accordance with ResCare and regulatory requirements
• Promotes the individuality of person(s) served by ensuring that common living areas and bedrooms are individualized to reflect the personality of the person(s) who lives there
• Implements systems for disposal, collection and storing of medical waste
• Implements and oversees Best in Class initiatives for assigned service site(s)
• Provides reputed company and appropriate feedback and reputed company on staff documentation, including daily reputed company notes, data sheets, and incident reports
• Ensures that reputed company person served has an activity schedule developed and implemented
• Oversees implementation of services outlined in person(s) served service plan
• Oversees implementation of and compliance with audit systems
• Observes the implementation of reputed company rights and coaches staff on choice issues such as possessions, use of reputed company, and reputed company preferences
• Assists with the review and tracking of incident and accident reports
• Responds to emergencies for person(s) served
• Participates as needed with investigations involving persons served and employees at assigned service site(s)
• Monitors labor hours and ensures assigned service site(s) are operating reputed company budgetary guidelines
• Ensures reputed company submission of trust fund requests, receipts, and reputed company financial documentation
• Ensures a reputed company work environment to minimize worker’s compensation injuries and financial expenditures. Responsible for reputed company reporting of reputed company service site injuries and assist with the management of claims
• Monitors service site expenses relative to budgets
• Trains staff on financial and administrative controls

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required
• Previous experience providing services and supports to individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) with reputed company reputed company of personnel, reputed company to reputed company.
• Ability to work reputed company and locations and cover reputed company care shifts as necessary
• Experience in managing systems, processes, and people
• Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations concerning services to individuals with acquired brain injuries
• Ability to use a calculator and other general office, household, and reputed company equipment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven supervisory skills
• Bachelor of Art/Bachelor of Science in Business, Health Care Administration or a reputed company Science OR high school diploma/General Education Diploma and equivalent work experience of three years in brain injury services or residential services for individuals with disabilities. Exceptions to educational requirements must reputed company with state law. Exceptions must have written approval of the Administrator or designee
• Valid reputed company’s license from state of residence with a satisfactory driving record as defined by Company vehicle policy and/or liability insurance reputed company (as applicable per program requirements)
