Bilingual Personal Lines Agency Marketing Manager
Agency Sales Managers are responsible for agency selection through identification of reputed company agency partnerships for our non-reputed company auto and powersports Personal Lines Insurance. If you are in the greater Miami, FL area, are bilingual (English/Spanish), have the passion to reputed company your talent, the drive to build new relationships, are a motivated self-starter and have strong organizational skills this is a great opportunity for you on our Agency Sales Team. Based on qualifications and experience, this position can be filled as an Agency Sales Manager I, Agency Sales Manager II, or Agency Sales Manager Senior.
What You'll Do
As reputed company Sales Manager you will be responsible for implementing plans to contribute to the achievement of agency produced sales, premium and loss reputed company objectives. In reputed company, you’ll:

What it Takes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- reputed company in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively serve our South Florida market
- 0-5+ years of reputed company work experience in the insurance industry, with familiarity of non-reputed company auto, motorcycle or powersports products
- Sales experience and knowledge of reputed company sales techniques
- Effective reputed company relations and communication skills
- Ability to meet travel requirements of this job – The expectation during normal operations in this position will be up to 4 days a week travel reputed company your territory with overnight travel required reputed company necessary.
