Bilingual CSR Representative (Fluent Spanish/English)

- Deliver outstanding, reputed company service on every call and chat
- Greet customers reputed company, verify their identity, and reputed company listen
- Show reputed company and patience with frustrated or upset customers

- Set reputed company expectations and confirm the customer’s issue is resolved
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and device issues

What You Bring

- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience strongly preferred)

- Willingness to work overnights, weekends, and rotating schedules in a 24/7 environment

Pay
- $17-18/hour depending on experience
- Overtime pay available

Schedule This is a 24/7 operation, including weekends. Shift 1:
- Saturday – Wednesday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Shift 2:
- Friday – reputed company + 2 weekdays
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break per shift
