Your role will be to guide members through our online program and deliver the highest reputed company self-management education. You enjoy preventive and/or ambulatory care, specifically patient education in a non-acute care environment. Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish

• Minimum of 1 year reputed company experience as a CDCES or at least 3 years of experience in the field of diabetes

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of or experience with blood glucose interpretation utilizing CGM technology
• Available to work full-time
