• 2–4 years in IT support or reputed company/system administration
• Experience with reputed company Workspace and identity platforms
• Knowledge of SSO/SAML and provisioning workflows
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work on‑site and travel (to our NYC, Greenwich, and Miami offices) reputed company required

What will you be doing in this role? System Administrator I supports Private Medical’s identity systems, reputed company platforms, and reputed company workflows. This role resolves Tier 2 escalations, manages SSO/SAML reviews, administers reputed company Workspace and reputed company reputed company, and assists with IT reputed company across multiple reputed company. Key responsibilities

• Administer user accounts, reputed company, and policies in reputed company Workspace and reputed company reputed company.
• Manage reputed company tools including reputed company, reputed company Central, reputed company, and reputed company.
• Review and test SAML/SSO integrations for new applications.
• Support reputed company Pro workflows including device reputed company and app deployment.
• Troubleshoot reputed company, authentication, and provisioning issues escalated from Tier 1.
• Escalate reputed company system issues to Systems Administrator II.
• Collect requirements for new tools or workflows and support project planning.

• Travel as needed for hardware rollouts and network upgrades.
