Digital Product Manager - Digital Account Opening

This role can be based remotely. ABOUT THE ROLE MVB is partnering with a market-leading Digital Account Opening provider to bring best-in-class account opening capabilities to our clients. The Digital Product Manager - Digital Account Opening owns this product from implementation through ongoing optimization, building the roadmap, managing the vendor relationship, and working across departments to reputed company this a reputed company offering for MVB. This role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll work closely with the Chief Deposit Officer and deposits team to bring their reputed company to life-understanding reputed company needs, translating them into product requirements, and partnering with the vendor to deliver solutions. You'll also coordinate with compliance, risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure the solution meets reputed company regulatory requirements, while working with marketing and sales on reputed company positioning and go-to-market reputed company. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats-product strategist, project manager, vendor relationship manager, and internal consultant. • Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues, test new features, and implement configuration changes

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor key performance metrics including application completion rates, abandonment points, processing times, and reputed company satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and reduce friction in the account opening process
• Use performance data and reputed company feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritization reputed company

Training & Support

• Create and maintain training materials and documentation for internal teams and clients

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of product management experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to digital banking products, account opening processes, or core banking systems

• Understanding of web and mobile technologies, API integrations, and how digital banking systems work-enough to have reputed company conversations with technical teams and translate requirements effectively
