Program Analyst Senior (Scrum Master) - Agile Delivery reputed company Location:Remote reputed company: Seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Program Analyst Senior to serve as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery reputed company supporting VFMP modernization teams. This role will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage delivery health, remove impediments, and ensure alignment between team execution and VFMP portfolio priorities. The ideal candidate is an excellent facilitator and communicator who can operate effectively in hybrid governance environments and drive reputed company improvement. This position is contingent upon contract award. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (iteration/sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives). reputed company team members on Agile best practices and support maturation of Agile delivery discipline. Partner with Product Owners/Government leads to ensure backlog readiness, story reputed company, and acceptance reputed company reputed company. reputed company and report delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, burndown/burnup, predictability) and reputed company risks to milestones.
