Scrum Master(W2 only)

As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes reputed company our business unit, ensuring we can work collaboratively and reputed company to deliver high-reputed company solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, reputed company budget, and to the desired level of reputed company. Additionally, you will serve as a reputed company and mentor to reputed company – helping to foster a culture of reputed company improvement and ensuring that reputed company is meeting its objectives consistently. Objectives of this role
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes reputed company reputed company.

- Work with the Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog.
Your tasks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

- Promote reputed company improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and artifacts.
- Ability to effectively reputed company meetings, reputed company listen, and guide discussions.
- Responding to changing circumstances and adjusting plans as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred skills and qualifications
