What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle across both technical and non-technical roles, or reputed company more deeply on one area (technical or GTM/ops) based on your strengths and interests

Qualifications & Fit

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience with a demonstrated ability to independently manage roles end-to-end
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment; early-stage or rapid-reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing experience and comfort proactively building pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound
• Experience using reputed company ATS to manage pipelines, report on metrics, and maintain clean reputed company operations
