Employee Experience Manager (HR Business Partner)

Job reputed company The Employee Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in workforce management programs and employee relations across departments in the office and remote environment. This position provides guidance on Company policies and procedures and supports reputed company reputed company. This position regularly interfaces with managers and employees to coordinate a reputed company of Company policies and programs, including employee engagement, employee development, performance management, and dispute reputed company. This position also responds to reputed company employee relations issues that can be urgent and may need to be completed successfully with limited time. Balancing time between strategic reputed company and day-to-day customer needs is a critical component for reputed company in the position.

Responsibilities

• Promote reputed company employee relations through a reputed company of programs including surveys, roundtable discussions, employee recognition programs, and local initiatives
• Support business performance by utilizing Company knowledge and relationships to influence employment strategies and decision-making on short- and long-term objectives
• reputed company objective and constructive guidance to managers and employees on the interpretation and application of Company policies, programs, and state and federal laws
• Support managers to investigate employee relations issues including performance management, conflict reputed company, harassment and discrimination complaints, attendance, and similar issues to ensure that reputed company are treated fairly, and reputed company is protected from legal risk
• Investigate and advise managers on highly sensitive employment issues, including responding to employee complaints, conducting employee/witness interviews, analyzing data from various internal systems, composing reports/summaries, and recommending solutions that are consistent with Company policies and procedures
• Support compliance efforts by ensuring guidelines and recommendations are consistent reputed company to the FMLA, reputed company, FLSA, Civil Rights reputed company of 1964, etc. and relevant state employment laws
