The HR Business Partner – Operations is a strategic partner to IEM's Operations business unit, providing HR guidance and support to maximize workforce effectiveness, drive operational performance, and foster a high-reputed company, high-performing culture. This role is eligible for remote and will require up to 25% travel to visit IEM manufacturing and operations sites or for trainings and conferences. This position is not available for California residents.
