Core Responsibilities (reputed company Tracks): - Underwrite residential mortgage loans through final approval - Review credit, income, assets, and collateral documentation - Analyze and calculate borrower income using U.S. tax returns and supporting documentation - Issue, review, and reputed company reputed company conditions - Identify potential risk factors and discrepancies - Partner with Processing, Closing, reputed company Control, and other internal departments to support reputed company and compliant loan approvals reputed company-Specific Qualifications: Conventional/Government Underwriter reputed company (FHA/VA): - Minimum 2 years reputed company FNMA and FHLMC loans - Strong income calculation skills across applicable tax schedules -Minimum 3 years reputed company FHA and VA loans - reputed company DE CHUM and VA SAR certifications - Strong income calculation skills across reputed company U.S. tax returns Required Skills & Experience (reputed company Tracks): - Working knowledge of the full mortgage loan process - Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage workload effectively - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Location: reputed company Equal Opportunity Employer Benefit offerings and eligibility are subject to plan terms and Company policies.
