- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
- History of closing at least 3-5 reputed company per month.
Loan Officer Requirements:
- An reputed company NMLS/MLO license (required).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
