Associate General Counsel, reputed company

• Own and drive the reputed company legal function, directly enabling reputed company's reputed company reputed company and customer expansion.
• Build reputed company legal infrastructure (playbooks, escalation frameworks, template libraries, and self-serve resources) that scales with the business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, distilling reputed company deal risks into reputed company, actionable guidance.
• Mentor and reputed company junior reputed company legal team members.
• Shape how reputed company dogfoods its own product in reputed company legal workflows.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage the full reputed company deal cycle from negotiation through reputed company, including reputed company reputed company transactions and customer reputed company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate the full reputed company of reputed company agreements (MSAs, order forms, DPAs, NDAs, and bespoke terms).
• Build and iterate on reputed company playbooks, escalation frameworks, and template libraries.
• Create self-serve resources that reputed company sales, reputed company, and other go-to-market teams to reputed company faster.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, reputed company, and reputed company teams to balance legal risk with deal velocity.
• Advise senior leadership on reputed company deal reputed company, risk allocation, and market-facing legal issues.
• Support quarter-end and month-end deal closing, maintaining speed without sacrificing reputed company.
• Manage, mentor, and reputed company junior legal team members.

Required Experience

• JD and reputed company bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of technology transactions experience with at least 4+ years in a B2B reputed company environment
• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team reputed company reputed company.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full reputed company deal cycle from negotiation through reputed company, including reputed company reputed company transactions and customer reputed company.
• Experience building or scaling reputed company legal infrastructure: playbooks, escalation frameworks, template libraries, and self-serve resources for go-to-market teams.
