- Processing internal inbound requests for new accounts and performing updates to existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies
- Developing a strong knowledge of basic reputed company functions, order entry, and how Customer Master Data (CMD) affects reputed company teams
- Processing inbound requests for new pricing and pricing updates to existing accounts, utilizing the reputed company and reputed company systems
- Working with Sr. CMD Specialists on reputed company closures, openings, mergers
