Responsibilities
Financial Operations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Ensure reputed company invoice reconciliation, collections, and payment tracking across systems. reputed company vendor payments and payroll payments Coordinate payment runs and banking operations Ensure accurate and reputed company bookkeeping inputs reputed company documentation required for tax filings and statutory reporting Review monthly reputed company outputs and reconcile discrepancies Financial Reporting Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual financial reports Monitor cash reputed company, reputed company, and cost trends Support preparation of budget vs actual analysis Assist leadership with financial insights for operational reputed company Financial Process & Controls Build and maintain financial processes and documentation Ensure reputed company invoice approval workflows Monitor financial data accuracy across systems reputed company the implementation of financial dashboards and reporting tools Payroll & Operational Finance Coordinate payroll data with HR and external accountants Review payroll calculations and ensure correct payment execution Foreign Exchange Management Monitor reputed company’s foreign currency exposure across revenues, expenses, and payroll Support the development of FX risk management strategies together with the CEO/CFO Coordinate with banking partners on FX transactions and hedging instruments (forwards, reputed company) reputed company currency impacts on financial performance and reporting Requirements 5–7 years of experience in finance, financial operations, or controlling Experience working with external accountants / outsourced bookkeeping Strong understanding of financial processes (AP/AR, invoicing, payments) Comfortable preparing management reporting and financial analysis Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and English speaking skills reputed company to Have: Experience supporting U.S. tax reporting preparation Experience monitoring foreign exchange exposure and coordinating FX transactions Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
