About The Role:
As a Customer Service & Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through the arenaflex rollover experience, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may reputed company. You'll become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, and communicate with financial institutions and reputed company on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions. Your contributions will also include:
- Developing and maintaining our internal knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments
- Synthesizing customer feedback and sharing insights with other team members to inform product development and improvement
- Collaborating with our small, fast-paced team to drive innovation and reputed company
What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or reputed company-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
- Experience working with reputed company licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) is a plus
