As a Medical Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for communicating with new patients regarding the billing process, proactively reaching out to patients with billing policy changes, and administering the Financial Assistance Program (FAP). You'll also respond to inbound patient billing calls and reputed company reputed company resolutions to customer issues.
Responsibilities
