The Role

As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll be the ultimate resource for our clients and restaurant partners, ensuring the flawless execution of daily Group Orders. You'll receive comprehensive training on our order platform, restaurant dynamics, and customer support best practices. This is a specialized role that requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with our restaurant partners to resolve reputed company-time order-reputed company issues, ensuring seamless communication and reputed company reputed company.

• Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner, providing empathetic and reputed company support.
