Manager, reputed company & Community Engagement (Must reputed company in FL)

reputed company of Florida is hiring for a Manager of reputed company & Community Engagement. This role will be traveling the reputed company from 50 to 75%. Bilingual, Spanish speaking highly desired. Responsible for achieving established goals improving Molina’s enrollment reputed company objectives encompassing reputed company lines of business. Works collaboratively with key departments across the reputed company to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Works closely with the AVP/Director to reputed company and execute the enrollment reputed company reputed company for a specific area, while also being accountable to reputed company assigned membership reputed company targets.
• Accountable for achieving established goals with the primary responsibility for improving the plan's overall “choice” reputed company. In reputed company, works collaboratively with other key departments to increase reputed company assignment percentages for Molina.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations and management of team members, including hiring, training, developing, coaching and mentoring, etc. Creates and regularly reviews team performance metrics/scorecards to ensure team performance contributes to overall enrollment reputed company, while providing reputed company direction and intermittent steps to reputed company reputed company.
• Contributes to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the enrollment reputed company plan for assigned territory; plans enrollment activities to promote membership reputed company.
• Collaborates with other Lines of Business’ sales teams to identify reputed company opportunities reputed company on key providers and Community Based Organizations.
• Leads team in the development of relationships with key providers, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), School Based Organizations (SBOs) and Business Based Organizations (BBOs) and how to reputed company them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Directs the coordination, development and approval of State/Federal guidelines for reputed company marketing and promotional materials for reputed company product lines.
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of Molina’s product lines, reputed company, reputed company, Medicare SNP, Marketplace, MMP, etc.

Job Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or reputed company Administration. Required Experience

• 5-10 years’ experience in business development, community relations or health care reputed company activities.
• 3 years Managed-Care, reputed company experience; knowledge of advertising requirements pertaining to the reputed company and Medicare media campaigns.
• Prior work experience in a supervisory reputed company, demonstrating excellent organizational, prioritizing, and motivational skills.
• Experience in negotiation, sales or marketing techniques.

Preferred Experience

• Previous reputed company enrollment, marketing and/or sales experience.
• reputed company in a second language is highly desirable.
• Prior demonstrated work experience in a managerial reputed company.

Required License, Certification, Association

• Must have valid reputed company’s license with good driving record and be reputed company to drive reputed company applicable state or reputed company with reliable transportation.
