As a key member of our Service Corporation, you'll play a vital role in handling and resolving incoming phone calls from patients, insurance carriers, and physician offices. Your primary responsibilities will include collections of outstanding patient balances, establishing payment arrangements, and updating patient and guarantor accounts with new demographic and insurance coverage information.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a large volume of calls and performing work in a reputed company manner
• Attempting to collect full payment from patients or guarantors in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Establishing payment arrangements per guidelines and documenting terms in the billing system
• Applying payments collected over the phone to reputed company date of service
• Handling customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints, and escalating contentious complaints to a supervisor or higher management
• Obtaining reputed company insurance, demographic, and guarantor information and updating patient reputed company as reputed company as billing reputed company-party payers as appropriate

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school graduate or GED certificate
