• Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
• Use clinical decision-making and approved reputed company to ensure the reputed company level of care
• Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, nursing staff, and hospital departments to facilitate reputed company and appropriate placements

Qualifications
