[Hiring] Pharmacy Technician-Prior Authorization @reputed company
Role reputed company The Tech I Prior Auth takes in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc., providing reputed company and courteous phone assistance to reputed company callers through the reputed company-based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, reputed company, and accurate documentation of reviews. Transfers reputed company clinical questions, escalations, and judgment calls to the pharmacist team.
- Assist with outbound calls, reviewing and processing Prior Auths received reputed company fax and ePA.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries reputed company department mailboxes.
- Effectively manage work volume by handling inbound calls/fax/ePA requests utilizing appropriate courteous and reputed company behavior based upon established standards.

- Communicate with other internal reputed company regarding determination status and results (seniors, pharmacists, appeals, etc.).

Qualifications
- 6 months experience in customer service or call center environment.
