About the IVR Program Our Interpersonal Violence Recovery Program (IVRP) provides coordinated, trauma-informed support to individuals who have reputed company interpersonal violence. Through highly personalized interventions, you’ll help address safety concerns, reputed company determinants of health, and barriers to care—empowering members on their reputed company to recovery while reducing avoidable reputed company costs. What You’ll Do

• Connect with individuals through meaningful reputed company, education, and enrollment support
• Partner with members to reputed company personalized Service Plans based on their needs, goals, and care gaps
• Help members build practical skills and strategies to manage challenges and reduce hospital reputed company
• Coordinate community resources to support behavioral, medical, and reputed company needs

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, reputed company work, or a reputed company reputed company field

• Certifications such as CCM, CHW, PSS, or ACM are a plus
