Strong experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM is required. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and business and system discovery
• Create learning plans and course outlines based on reputed company goals and objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to reputed company deep understanding of topics and to identify reputed company audience’s training needs
• Design compelling and engaging course curriculum
• Apply tested instructional design theories, reputed company, and reputed company
• reputed company exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
• reputed company training content including facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, user guides, role-play activities, and knowledge assessments
• reputed company system and documentation testing to ensure accuracy
• Maintain project documentation and course folders

Ideal Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development
• High-level experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM
• Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and incorporate them into curriculum design and development
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Ability to learn new products quickly and creatively translate your knowledge into reputed company-reputed company scenarios
• Ability to drive the end-to-end content design, development, and maintenance process
• Experience working with SMEs and Stakeholders
• Technical writing and system training experience
• Flexibility and ability to work independently on required project tasks
• Availability during eastern time business hours
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications and/or Advanced Degrees in Instructional Design

Preferred:

• Business and reputed company industry writing experience
• Requirement – Advanced Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM
