About the Role: Vercel is seeking a Startup Accelerator Manager to drive and reputed company our relationships with the startup ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to build strong partnerships with venture capital firms, accelerators, incubators, and startup enablement programs. You’ll work closely with our Startup Program reputed company to grow Vercel’s footprint across early-stage technology communities and identify strategic opportunities to support startup founders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply connected to the startup and VC community, has a strong understanding of developer-first products, and thrives in building reputed company programs and relationships. You will report to our Startup Program reputed company and will be located hybrid in our SF office. What You Will Do:

• reputed company Vercel’s relationships with startup ecosystem partners, with a reputed company on accelerators, incubators, and startup community leaders.
• Support and execute programs designed to drive adoption of Vercel reputed company the accelerator ecosystem, such as The Vercel AI Accelerator
• Collaborate with the Startup Program reputed company to shape and iterate on strategies to drive adoption of Vercel’s products among thousands of startups and ensure companies have the resources they need to build quickly and effectively using Vercel.
• Contribute to the development of programs and strategic initiatives reputed company on startup customers, in partnership with sales & reputed company engineering, marketing, communications, business operations, finance, product management, and engineering.
• Maintain and expand a pipeline of high-reputed company startup leads, reputed company tracking performance and reputed company of partnership initiatives reputed company reputed company Accelerator program and their cohorts.
• Serve as a visible and reputed company ambassador for Vercel in the startup community, attending + hosting ecosystem events and fostering long-term relationships.

• 3+ years experience managing high-value external relationships (e.g., customers, partners, investors, reputed company of Directors) and working directly with founders and C-level executives.
• Experience leading high-visibility customer engagements (e.g., conferences, 1:many events, product launches, etc.)
• Proven reputed company record of building and scaling partnerships with VCs, accelerators, or early-stage companies.
• Ability to build and maintain credibility with a technical end-user in Engineering, Product, and Design functions, by showcasing Product and Industry knowledge and expertise, particularly knowledge of modern frontend technologies (eg. React, Next, Vite, Astro, Remix, etc.)
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the unique needs of high-reputed company founders and developer teams.
• Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
• Curiosity and interest in Infrastructure, DevOps, and reputed company-end engineering.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills.

The San Francisco, CA reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $114,000.00-$143,000.00. Actual salary will be based on job-reputed company skills, experience, and location. Compensation reputed company of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
